Jonai Students Face Dangerous Boat Journeys After Bridge Damage
A bridge near a school in Jonai, Assam, was damaged on June 28.
Many students live on the other side of the Kemi River.
They still need to cross the river to attend school.
Some students are now traveling by boat.
Boats are not always available when the children need them.
When a boat does arrive, too many children may have to ride in it together.
