Nazara Technologies is a video game company.

It announced that it will raise ₹733.5 crore by selling new shares to some special investors.

Each share will cost ₹306.

The people buying the shares are the founders and top leaders of Bluetile Games and BestPlay Systems.

The new boss of Nazara, Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer, is putting in a very large amount of his own money, about ₹583.5 crore.

He will become the CEO on September 1, 2026, if regulators say yes.

By buying so many shares, Raymond shows he really believes the company will do well.

The money will help Nazara buy other gaming companies and grow even bigger.

Nazara's founder, Nitish Mittersain, said he is very happy about this investment.
