Bengaluru Ward Delimitation Draft Notification Released
The government is dividing Bengaluru into smaller areas called wards to help with local elections.
The Urban Development Department released a plan to reorganize the wards in five city municipal corporations.
This plan, which includes 368 total wards, is based on population data from 2011.
People can share their opinions or suggest changes by October 15th.
The government will consider these suggestions and then finalize the ward boundaries, paving the way for upcoming elections.

The Ward Delimitation Commission submitted its report on September 30.
