Migratory Birds Boost UP’s 10 Ramsar Sites
With winter arriving, many birds from far away have come to the 10 special wetlands in Uttar Pradesh, called Ramsar sites.
These places are now more fun to visit because the government has added better facilities like parking, watch towers, and even a special dome where you can see birds in a virtual world.
The state has 10 of these important wetlands, which help protect rare birds and keep nature balanced.
Tamil Nadu has the most wetlands like these in India, and Uttar Pradesh is second.
The government is working hard to make these places better for visitors and to teach people about protecting nature.
Migratory birds have arrived at all 10 Ramsar sites in Uttar Pradesh with the onset of winter.
The Uttar Pradesh Eco-Tourism Development Board is enhancing tourist facilities at these sites.
Major projects like Sur Sarovar in Agra and Haiderpur Wetland in Muzaffarnagar have been developed with significant investments.
