Kotak Securities Rebrands Retail Business as Kotak Neo Wealth Platform
Kotak Securities has given its retail business a new name: Kotak Neo.
The change brings its trading platform, research and wealth services together under one brand.
The company says customers’ accounts and the legal company are not changing.

Kotak Securities reported FY25-26 standalone total income of ₹5,461 crore and net profit of ₹1,664 crore.
Its client base reached 67.52 lakh as of June 30, 2026, while the company said it had invested over ₹1,000 crore in technology since FY21.
