Two big TV companies joined together last month.

Their names were Banijay Entertainment and All3Media.

Together, they became a very big company worth eight billion dollars.

After the joining, one company, called Banijay Rights, sells their TV shows all over the world.

A man named Matt Creasey got a new, important job there.

He is in charge of finding and selling TV shows everywhere outside Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He works from Los Angeles, and his team also works from Miami, Sydney and Mumbai.

Some offices in Singapore and New York will close.

The new company's TV show library has more than 265,000 hours of shows like MasterChef, Big Brother and Peaky Blinders.

The two companies hope joining together will save them about 57 million dollars.
