Glass Wall Systems Shares Hit Record High After IPO Rally

Glass Wall Systems Shares Hit Record High After IPO Rally

Glass Wall Systems is a company that provides facade solutions for buildings.

Its shares rose more than 7% on 22 September to reach ₹318.

This is about 75% higher than the ₹182 price at which the shares were sold in the IPO.

The shares also rose strongly when they first began trading on 16 September.

The company said it does not know why the price and trading activity increased so quickly.

It said it had already shared all information that regulations required it to disclose.

The company said the rise was caused by market conditions, not a hidden announcement.

One director, Prakash Bagla, recently resigned, but that resignation had already been publicly disclosed.
