Eternal Reports Strong Q3 Growth, Leadership Change
Eternal, the company that owns Zomato and Blinkit, announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2026.
The company made a lot more money than last year, with a big increase in profits and revenue.
The food delivery and quick commerce businesses did well, and Blinkit even made a profit for the first time.
At the same time, the founder, Deepinder Goyal, stepped down as CEO to pursue new ideas.
Albinder Dhindsa, who leads Blinkit, will now be the new CEO.
Goyal will stay on the board as Vice Chairman.
This is a big change for the company, but it shows that Eternal is growing and doing well.
Eternal's net profit surged 73% YoY to ₹102 crore in Q3 2026.
Revenue from operations more than tripled to ₹16,315 crore YoY.
Food delivery NOV grew 16.6% YoY, with adjusted EBITDA margin reaching 5.4%.
Blinkit turned adjusted EBITDA profitable with a ₹4 crore profit.
