GMCH Recruits 357 Class IV Staff
The Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has announced the results for 357 Class IV job positions.
This is the first time in nearly 70 years that the hospital is hiring these jobs through a direct process.
The exams were held in August 2025 at 12 different places in Maharashtra.
Many people wanted these jobs, showing how important they are for the hospital.
The new workers will help with cleaning, patient care, and other important tasks.
This will make the hospital run better and help the doctors and nurses who have been very busy.
The results are now on the GMCH website, and this could set an example for other hospitals in the state.
GMCH announced results for 357 Class IV posts, the first direct recruitment since 1956.
Examinations were conducted at 12 centres across Maharashtra in August 2025.
