Optimystix Entertainment IPO subscribed 34% on day one

There is a company in India called Optimystix that makes TV shows and movies.

You might know shows like Baalveer and movies like OMG 2 that they helped make.

The company wants to raise more money so it can keep making shows.

To do this, it is selling small pieces of itself to people.

This is called an IPO, and the sale started on Friday, August 7.

People can buy the pieces, called shares, for between 166 and 175 rupees each.

On the very first day, about one-third of the shares were sold.

Investors seem a little interested, but not too excited.

The company will use the money for making content and running its daily business.

Its shares will begin trading on a stock exchange on August 14.
