Conman Arrested for Fraud Across 13 Cities Stealing Wallets and Gadgets
A man named Ajay was caught by the police because he was stealing people's wallets and phones in many cities.
He would then use the stolen credit cards to buy new phones and gold online.
After buying these things, he would sell them on the internet to get money.
He used this money to gamble or to pay for places to stay when he moved to a new city.
The police found out he had done this many times before, and he even opened special online money accounts using fake papers so he wouldn't need anyone else's help.
He told the police that when he was in Calcutta before, someone else actually scammed him out of money.
A conman, Kurapati Ajay, was arrested by Bidhannagar police for allegedly committing fraud across 13 cities.
Ajay is accused of stealing wallets and electronic gadgets, then using stolen cards for online purchases.
