Jeep Unveils Third-Gen Compass, Not Coming to India
Jeep has created a new version of its Compass SUV!
It's built on a new platform and has a fresh look, inspired by the bigger Grand Cherokee.
This Compass will be available with different engines, including electric options that can go a long way on a single charge.
Sadly, this new Compass isn't coming to India because it would cost too much to sell there.
The current Compass will continue to be sold, with a possible updated version arriving later.
Jeep introduced a third-generation Compass SUV built on the STLA Medium platform.
The new Compass will not be launched in India due to commercial reasons.
The exterior design takes cues from the Grand Cherokee and includes new headlights, a grille, and bumper.
It offers hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric powertrain options, with the EV having up to 650 km range.
The electric version can charge from 20% to 80% in 30 minutes using a 160 kW DC fast charger.
