RERA Halts Jai Vasavi's Project After Violations

RERA, a government agency, stopped a real estate project called Bliss Heights in Ghatkesar because the company, R Homes, did not follow the rules.

Homebuyers had complained because the company took their money but didn't build anything.

RERA found that the company signed agreements with buyers before the project was officially registered, which is against the law.

RERA has told the company not to sell or market any more of the project, and they have frozen the project's bank accounts.

They are also telling people not to register any new sales related to the project.

The company must now respond to RERA's orders.
