Simon Stone's Adaptation of 'The Lady from the Sea'

Imagine a play about a woman who feels torn between two worlds: the safe life she has and the exciting, unknown world she longs for.

This play is a modern version of that story.

The play has great actors, like Alicia Vikander and Andrew Lincoln, and some people love it!

They say it's gripping.

But others thought it was a bit underwhelming, like the play lost sight of what it was actually about.

The play features rain, which some critics felt took away from the story.

Some critics were impressed with the ingenuity of the staging.
