Bihar To Build 29 Hi-Tech Examination Centres At ₹330.07 Crore
Bihar plans to build 29 special buildings for examinations.
The buildings will be located in 27 districts.
Each building can hold about 4,000 students at the same time.
They will have three examination halls and security cameras.
The buildings will also safely store exam papers and answer sheets.
Some rooms can be used to check answer sheets after exams.
The centres may also help with election work.
This could reduce the need to use schools and colleges for examinations.
The Bihar School Examination Board will construct 29 hi-tech examination building-cum-strong rooms across 27 districts.
The project has received administrative approval and is estimated to cost ₹330.07 crore.
Each G+3 building will accommodate about 4,000 candidates across three CCTV-monitored examination halls.
The facilities will also store confidential materials, answer sheets, and support evaluation, barcoding, and scanning.
