NEET Candidate Files Delhi HC Petition Over Score Discrepancies
A student who took the NEET-UG exam in 2026 says his score on the official website kept changing.
First it showed 650, then 500 after he logged out, and finally 135 the next day.
He thinks the exam agency, NTA, might have made a mistake.
He asked a lawyer to file a petition in the Delhi High Court, asking the court to look at his original answer sheet and all related records.
The court will decide if the student can see the real paper and if the score is correct.
NEET-UG 2026 candidate filed a petition in Delhi High Court alleging NTA score changed three times within 24 hours.
Candidate claims scores displayed were 650, then 500 after logout, and 135 the next day.
Petition seeks production and preservation of the original physical OMR answer sheet and related records for independent verification.
Candidate has sent emails, filed an RTI, and visited NTA office; officials showed a sheet he disputes as authentic.
Court is scheduled to hear the case on Friday; petition requests an independent expert to examine records.
