Odisha Resolves 95% of Public Grievances
Odisha's Chief Minister, Mohan Charan Majhi, said that the state has solved almost 95% of the public complaints.
They have a special system to listen to people's problems and fix them quickly.
Many people have been helped, especially those who are sick and need money for treatment.
The government is making sure that everyone's problems are heard and solved fairly.
They are also planning to do this more often and in more places so that more people can be helped.
Odisha has resolved 95% of public grievances in the latest phase, with 12,748 out of 13,358 cases disposed of.
Over 1.3 lakh grievances have been resolved through the government’s web portal and postal services, accounting for 88% of complaints received.
The grievance redressal system has addressed issues for over 56,000 people, with each case carefully studied and processed.
Special assistance, including financial support, is provided to patients with serious ailments like cancer and kidney diseases.
