Holkar College Workshop Examines Tribal Knowledge and Narmada Ecology
Government Holkar Science College held a workshop about nature and knowledge held by Tribal communities.
People discussed ways to protect plants, animals, and the Narmada River.
Students later visited Maheshwar and Dhar.
They collected water and soil samples and recorded information about local plants and community conservation work.
They also visited a nursery in Mandleshwar to learn about growing plants.
The college will study the samples and share its findings with the Madhya Pradesh Biodiversity Board.
