AITA President Accuses Administrator of Financial Exploitation

AITA President Accuses Administrator of Financial Exploitation

The president of the All India Tennis Association, Chintan Parikh, has accused the court-appointed administrator, Justice (Retd.)

Gita Mittal, of financial exploitation and procedural bias.

Parikh claims that Mittal is working with opposing legal counsel, which compromises her neutrality.

He also alleges that the administrator is charging exorbitant fees for observers and experts, which could financially cripple the association.

The dispute comes ahead of an important meeting to ratify constitutional changes.

Parikh argues that the administrator is prolonging a legal matter that has already been resolved by the court.

The financial strain could reach Rs 78 lakh, far exceeding the association's annual surplus of Rs 10-15 lakh.
