Jewar Data Centre Hub Plans ₹26,910 Crore Investment

AM Group plans to build a very large computer facility in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.

The first part would use enough electricity to support 384 megawatts of computing equipment.

It is planned across 114 acres and would cost ₹26,910 crore.

The first phase is expected to start operating in 2028.

The company wants the entire project to grow to 1 gigawatt by 2030.

These computers could help companies train AI systems and run online services.

The facility is planned to use power from wind, solar and pumped-storage projects.

The project may also create jobs and attract businesses that supply hardware, cooling and software.

One report cited an earlier ambition of about 350 MW by 2028, while the latest Jewar plan specifies 384 MW.
