Jota's Sons Join Mascots at Liverpool vs Wolves

Diogo Jota was a famous soccer player who played for Liverpool and Wolves.

He died in a car accident in July 2023.

His two sons, Dinis and Duarte, will walk out with the mascots before the big match between Liverpool and Wolves on December 27.

This is the first time the teams are playing each other since Jota's death.

The Liverpool manager, Arne Slot, wrote a nice message in the match program to remember Jota and to comfort his family.

It's a special day to honor Jota and show love and support to his family.

Both teams and fans paid tribute to Jota, including a chant in his name during the match.

Liverpool has retired Jota's number 20 shirt and plans to build a permanent memorial at Anfield for him and his brother.
