Wipro Consumer Care Acquires 60% Stake in Skincare Brand Dermatouch

A big Indian company that makes soap and other care products bought a big part of a company that makes skincare.

The company is called Wipro Consumer Care, and the skincare brand is called Dermatouch.

Wipro paid about ₹387.5 crore for 60 percent of the brand.

Dermatouch sells its products online, on marketplaces, and in shops.

The two people who started Dermatouch will keep running it.

Wipro says it is good at research, making products, and getting them into stores.

Dermatouch is good at selling to people on the internet.

Together, they want to help the brand grow even more.

Many other companies are also buying skincare brands these days.

That is because people in India are buying more beauty and skincare products than before.
