Sikkim Governor, CM lead Tiranga Yatra in Gangtok
In a city called Gangtok, in a part of India called Sikkim, important leaders walked in a big parade.
They carried the Indian flag, which is sometimes called the Tiranga.
The Governor and the Chief Minister of Sikkim led the walk.
Many other grown-ups and students joined them along the way.
The parade was part of a special campaign called 'Har Ghar Tiranga', which means a flag in every home.
The day also remembered a sad time in history when India was divided, called Partition Horrors Remembrance Day.
People also celebrated 150 years of a famous patriotic song called 'Vande Mataram'.
The Governor said that even though people speak different languages and have different cultures, they are all one nation.
The Chief Minister said the flag should inspire everyone to stay united, peaceful, and proud.
It was a day for people to come together and celebrate their country.
