TTD Introduces Feedback Surveys for Devotee Experience
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has started using different ways to get feedback from people who visit the temples.
They want to make sure everyone has a good experience.
People can give their opinions through phone calls, WhatsApp, talking to special helpers, or even email.
The TTD is looking at all these suggestions to make things better for the visitors.
They have been doing this for almost a year and it's helping them understand what needs to be improved.
TTD introduced multiple feedback channels to enhance devotee experiences.
Feedback is collected through IVRS, WhatsApp, Srivari Sevaks, 'Dial Your EO', and email.
IVRS survey includes 17 questions about various aspects of the pilgrimage experience.
WhatsApp feedback allows devotees to share opinions and rate services within 600 characters.
Srivari Sevaks collect feedback in person through direct interactions and questionnaires.
