Deepak Fertilisers Posts Double Profit, Strong Margins
Deepak Fertilisers made a lot more money in the last quarter than it did a year ago.
They sold more products and earned more profit because they use a mix of chemicals and gas that helps them keep costs down.
They also got new gas from a company called Equinor, which helped them make more money.
Even though there were some problems with supply because of a conflict between the US and Iran, the company still did well.
They also paid down a lot of debt, so they are in a stronger financial position for the future.
Net profit doubled YoY to Rs 490 crore, revenue rose 22% to Rs 3,256 crore.
EBITDA margin climbed to 26% from 19.3%, operating EBITDA up 65% to Rs 845 crore.
Integrated value chain and Equinor LNG supplies drove margin expansion and top‑line growth.
Net debt fell to Rs 4,719 crore, debt‑to‑EBITDA ratio improved to 1.4x.
Outlook remains supportive with rainfall, but depends on government nutrient subsidies.
