Mirae Asset Mutual Fund to Raise Fees Across Schemes
Mirae Asset Mutual Fund plans to increase a fee called the Base Expense Ratio for several funds.
The changes will begin on September 29, 2026.
The affected funds include debt, equity, hybrid, and passive funds.
Some Regular Plans will become slightly more expensive.
Some Direct Plans will also have higher fees, but not every plan will change.
A few exchange-traded funds will have larger increases than other schemes.
These fees help pay for the costs of running a mutual fund.
The fee is taken from the fund’s assets before the daily value of each investment is calculated.
Mirae Asset Mutual Fund will revise Base Expense Ratios for several schemes from September 29, 2026.
The changes affect equity, debt, hybrid, passive, Regular Plan, and Direct Plan schemes.
Debt-fund increases include higher BERs for the Ultra Short to Short Term, Dynamic Term, Short Term, and Long Term funds.
Some equity and passive schemes will see small Direct Plan increases, while certain ETFs face sharper rises.
The revised BER will affect all investors in the relevant schemes from the effective date and will be deducted through NAV calculations.
