NTR Bharosa Pensions Distributed During Village Welfare Programme
Officials distributed government pensions to people in Chakali Palem village.
The pensions are part of the NTR Bharosa programme.
District Collector Palleti Raja Babu and MLA BN Vijay Kumar attended the event.
The collector asked people who are doing well to help poorer residents.
Villagers also submitted 82 petitions about their concerns.
The programme is held on the first day of each month, or one day earlier when that day is a holiday.
About 2.16 lakh people in the district receive monthly pensions totaling Rs 94 crore.
The MLA also discussed road improvements, house sites and a burial ground for local residents.

The collector urged financially secure residents to support poor people through the P4 programme.

Road, development and welfare projects included Rs 100–140 crore sanctioned under VB G RAM G and Rs 20 crore for road widening.
