KSH International IPO Undersubscribed, Allotment Pending

KSH International IPO Undersubscribed, Allotment Pending

KSH International, a company based in Pune, India, recently tried to raise money by selling shares to the public for the first time.

This is called an IPO.

However, not many people wanted to buy these shares.

As of the last day of bidding, the IPO was only 83% subscribed, meaning only a small portion of the shares were bought.

Big investors, called qualified institutional buyers, showed full interest, while smaller investors and regular people showed a bit more interest but not enough to make the IPO a success.

The company had already raised some money from anchor investors earlier in the week, but this didn't help much.

The money from the IPO was supposed to be used to pay off debts, buy new machines, and set up a solar power plant.

People watching the market are now waiting to see how the shares will do when they start trading next week, but they are not very hopeful because of the low interest so far.

Investors can check their allotment status online through the websites of the BSE and NSE and the issue registrar, MUFG Intime India Pvt.

Ltd.
