The company delivered 486,532 vehicles.

Tesla needs to deliver 311,448 vehicles in the fourth quarter to avoid a third year in a row of falling annual sales.

Sales have also improved in parts of Europe, including France and Denmark.

The article says government incentives, easier comparisons with last year, and greater interest in electric cars helped.

Tesla’s self-driving software has been approved in eight European countries, but its rollout is gradual.

Analysts now expect Tesla to deliver 1.82 million vehicles in 2026.
