Transgender Teams Debut in Jamshedpur League
For the first time in India, a special football league just for transgender players started in Jamshedpur.
Seven teams played their first matches on Sunday.
One team, Jamshedpur FT, won their match 7-0, and another team, Kolhan Tiger FC, won 3-0.
A third match ended in a 0-0 tie.
The players are very happy because they feel accepted and can show their skills without being judged for their gender.
The league is part of a bigger football festival organized by Jamshedpur FC, which wants to make football open to everyone.
The players come from different jobs, like factory workers and small business owners.
They will play 12 matches each, and there will be 42 matches in total.
This is a big step for including transgender people in sports.
