SP Promises Annual Women’s Aid Scheme Ahead of 2027 Polls
The Samajwadi Party has promised a new plan for women if it wins the 2027 Assembly elections.
The plan is called the Stree Samman Samriddhi Yojana.
It would initially give women Rs 40,000 every year.
The party says the money would help women become more financially independent.
Women could also receive support through education, training, mobile phones and laptops.
The word “Stree” was chosen to include women of all ages.
