In Hyderabad, a man bit off part of a woman's finger.

The man and his wife were previously renting a house from the woman.

They were owed money from a chit fund, but the homeowners wanted to deduct money for unpaid rent from a previous tenant.

This led to an argument where the man bit off a portion of the woman's finger.

The woman sought medical help, but the finger could not be reattached.

The man was then arrested.
