The college is in a place called Anantapur.

The event was organized by the college's leaders, and important guests were invited.

The guests included a retired police officer and people who work in education.

At the start of the event, everyone paid respect to a person named Palle Uma by putting flowers on her picture.

Then, the second-year students welcomed the new first-year students by giving them flowers.
