Time Names AI Architects 2025 Person of the Year
Time Magazine has announced the 'Architects of AI' as the 2025 Person of the Year.
This award goes to the people who created artificial intelligence, not the technology itself.
Time Magazine said that 2025 was the year when AI became very important and started to be used by many people.
Other people who were considered for this award include leaders of big tech companies and important political figures.
Last year, the award went to Donald Trump, and the year before that, it was Taylor Swift.
Time Magazine has been giving out this award every year since 1927.
Two Indian-origin tech leaders, Karandeep Anand and Sriram Krishnan, were also highlighted in the coverage.
Karandeep Anand is the CEO of Character.AI, and Sriram Krishnan is a Senior White House Policy Advisor on AI.
