20th Triennial Conference of Canara Bank Officers Association Begins
A big meeting for officers of the Canara Bank, called the Canara Bank Officers Association, started on Saturday in a city called Visakhapatnam.
This is their 20th meeting like this, happening every three years.
Lots of officers from all over the country were there.
The head of the bank said that the bank is important for the country's growth and that the officers do a great job.
The leader of the officers' group said they want to work together to solve problems and help the country's economy grow, even aiming for a big economic goal set by the Prime Minister.
A special book about the bank's CEO was also released by his mother at the event.
The 20th Triennial National Conference of the Canara Bank Officers Association began in Visakhapatnam on Saturday.
The association represents 50,000 bank officers and is headed by general secretary K Ravikumar.
Canara Bank's MD & CEO K Satyanarayana Raju attended as the chief guest, highlighting the bank's role in national progress.
General secretary K Ravikumar emphasized unity among officers and their commitment to national economic development, including the five trillion economy goal.
The event saw participation from various bank officials and featured the release of a book about K Satyanarayana Raju's life.
