Andrew Challenges Epstein-Linked Search Warrants in High Court

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is asking a court to cancel warrants police used to search two homes connected to him.

The warrants were issued on February 18, 2026.

Police arrested him the next day while investigating suspected misconduct in public office linked to Jeffrey Epstein.

He was released later that day and has not been charged.

Andrew denies wrongdoing.

A private court hearing scheduled for Thursday is about whether some court documents should be kept from public view.

Police say their investigation is continuing.

A legal expert said that cancelling the warrants might not stop the investigation or mean police have to give up all the material they collected.
