Rajasthan Demolishes Rampura School After CJP Campaign, New Building Approved

A government school in Rampura, Rajasthan, was in very poor condition.

Officials said the building was unsafe, so they demolished it.

The government approved Rs 18 lakh to build a new school.

Some money will come from a district trust, and the rest will come from an MLA fund.

Reports said children had been learning in uncomfortable and unsuitable places.

The Cockroach Janata Party highlighted the school during its School Thik Karo campaign.

The campaign visit also caused an argument between party members and villagers, with both sides filing police complaints.

Villagers and school staff said they were happy that construction had finally begun.
