Canada to Launch New Immigration Categories for Skilled Workers
Canada is changing how it chooses people to live there permanently.
They are creating new ways for skilled workers to apply, like senior managers, scientists, and military people.
This helps Canada find the best people for important jobs.
The government is asking for ideas from the public about these changes.
If you want to move to Canada, you apply through a system called Express Entry.
The government ranks candidates based on their skills, and the best ones get invited to apply.
Canada plans to introduce new Express Entry categories.
Categories target senior managers, scientists, researchers, and military personnel.
The goal is to attract skilled workers and support Canadian initiatives.
IRCC is seeking public consultation on the proposed categories.
