A political party called the Aam Aadmi Party, or AAP for short, wants to talk to people about a type of fuel called E20.

E20 fuel is made of 20 percent ethanol from crops and 80 percent petrol.

The party says many vehicles in India were not built to run on this fuel.

It says nearly 30 crore vehicles may not be able to use E20.

To share their worries, the party will hold special public meetings called town halls.

The first town hall will be on August 8 in West Bengal.

More meetings will follow in many states across the country until August 17.

Party leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh and Saurabh Bharadwaj are helping organize these meetings.

But people who work in the fuel industry say E20 fuel is safe after lots of testing.

They also say it helps India depend less on oil from other countries.
