Charagh Din Opens First Kochi Store After 77 Years
Charagh Din is a menswear company from Mumbai.
It has opened its first store in Kerala, in the city of Kochi.
The brand is 77 years old and had operated from one main store for nearly seven decades.
The company says many customers from Kerala already buy its clothes.
Some visit its Mumbai store, while others shop on its website.
The new store sells clothes for parties, weddings and celebrations.
It opened through a partnership with the Aswani Lachmandas Group.
The company will study how the Kochi store performs before opening more stores.
It currently does not plan to start a women’s wear brand.
