Air India Expands Fleet with New Aircraft
Air India is getting three new airplanes soon.
The first one is a Boeing 787-9, which is the first one made just for Air India.
It has nice seats and a new design.
The second one is an Airbus A350-1000, which will have a special first-class section.
The third one is a Boeing 737-8 MAX for Air India Express.
These new planes will help Air India fly more people and make their trips better.
The Boeing 787-9 is a big plane that can fly far and carry many passengers.
It has big windows and feels more comfortable.
Air India has ordered 20 of these planes.
The Airbus A350-1000 is also a big plane, and Air India has ordered 20 of these too.
The Boeing 737-8 MAX is a smaller plane for Air India Express, and they have ordered 190 of these.
Air India will receive its first Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, featuring updated interiors and a three-class layout, in the coming weeks.
The airline is set to take delivery of its first Airbus A350-1000 in January, which will include a new first-class product.
Air India Express will induct its first Boeing 737-8 MAX, specifically built for the airline.
The Boeing 787-9 is the first of 20 ordered by Air India, while the Airbus A350-1000 is the first of 20 of that type on order.
Air India Express's new 737-8 MAX is the first of a 190-aircraft order for that type.
