NGT allows Mother Dairy unit to operate pending CAQM decision
Imagine a factory that makes milk and dairy products had to close because the air quality was getting bad.
The people who ordered it to close didn't first ask the factory if they had a good reason or if they could fix things.
The factory went to a special court, like a judge for the environment, and said it wasn't fair.
The judge said, 'Okay, you can start making milk again for now, but you must promise to follow all the rules for clean air.'
The judge also told the closing people that they need to talk to the factory properly and make a final decision soon.
So, the factory is open again, but it still has to be very careful about keeping the air clean.
