Zetwerk Files Updated DRHP for Rs 2,600 Crore IPO

Zetwerk Files Updated DRHP for Rs 2,600 Crore IPO

Zetwerk is a company that helps other businesses make their products by connecting many smaller factories together.

It calls this big network its 'universal factory.'

Zetwerk wants to become a public company, which means people can buy little pieces of it called shares.

To do that, it needs permission from a market watchdog called SEBI.

SEBI already said yes.

Now Zetwerk will sell new shares to raise about 2,600 crore rupees, which is a very big amount of money.

Some of that money will be used to pay back loans the company owes.

The rest will be saved for buying other companies and for everyday business needs.

Early owners of Zetwerk will also get a chance to sell some of their shares to the public.
