Ryan ten Doeschate, a former cricket player and coach, has returned to the Knight Riders Group as the Head of Cricket Strategy.
He will work across four teams: Kolkata Knight Riders, Trinbago Knight Riders, Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, and Los Angeles Knight Riders.
His job includes scouting players, planning teams, and analyzing performance.
He previously played for and coached Kolkata Knight Riders and was an assistant coach for the Indian men’s cricket team.
His first big task will be helping Trinbago Knight Riders in the Caribbean Premier League, which starts on August 7.
