Arunachal Governor Awards NIMAS Director for Expeditions
The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh gave an award to the director of the National Institute of Mountaineering and Adventure Sports (NIMAS).
This was because the institute's team completed a long river rafting trip on the Brahmaputra River, going from one part of India to another.
They also climbed Mount Kanchenjunga, one of the world's tallest mountains.
The Governor said these achievements are good examples for young people to follow.
He hopes more young people will join in adventure sports and do well, maybe even reaching the top of the world!
