Trump Unveils $22.5B Dulles Airport Overhaul

President Donald Trump said he will spend $22.5 billion to fix Washington Dulles International Airport.

He plans to build new concourses and get rid of the old shuttle buses.

The project will add more than five million square feet of new or renovated space.

Trump called the current C and D concourses "basic disasters" and said they will be torn down and rebuilt.

The historic original terminal will stay the same.

The new design will make the airport safer and more comfortable for travelers.

Trump talked about this plan in the Oval Office.

The overhaul is part of a larger effort to improve U.S. airports.

The project is expected to create jobs and boost travel.

It will help the airport handle more passengers in the future.
