Sikkim MP Demands Climate Change Discussion in Parliament
An MP from Sikkim named Indra Hang Subba asked for a special talk in Parliament about climate change.
He said it's really important because it's causing big problems in the Himalayan mountains, like not enough drinking water and sudden floods.
He also wants a group of MPs from the Himalayan areas to discuss these problems and find solutions.
Additionally, he mentioned that 12 groups in Sikkim should be included in a special list for tribes to make things fairer.
This happened on January 27 in New Delhi.
