Majhi Says Modi Tracks Chief Ministers’ Social Media Use

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said Prime Minister Narendra Modi keeps track of how chief ministers use social media.

Majhi said Modi gave him a chart comparing their use of platforms such as Instagram and X. Majhi said some smaller states were ahead of Odisha.

He wants government workers to use social media to share information and hear from people.

Odisha is planning a policy for using social media.

It wants a strong system for checking facts and stopping rumours.
