Tollywood Composer Thaman Talks Industry Toxicity

S S Thaman, a famous music director in Tollywood, recently talked about how the film industry has become toxic.

He said that people no longer appreciate each other's work and that backstabbing is common.

Thaman mentioned that when he is offered a project, other music directors try to take it by offering to work for less money.

He compared this to other film industries, where composers from other states work comfortably in Telugu cinema, but Telugu composers face difficulties elsewhere.

Thaman also said that some composers from other states are paid a lot in Tollywood but may not truly love the industry.

He clarified that he enjoys the competition but highlighted these issues to bring awareness.
