Sommet Education Partners with WEF for Hospitality Sector Advocacy
Sommet Education, a big name in teaching about hotels and cooking, has teamed up with the World Economic Forum (WEF).
They want to make sure there are enough people working in hotels and travel in the future.
Right now, almost half of the skills needed for these jobs will change by 2028, and there aren't enough leaders.
Together, Sommet and WEF will talk to important people, do research, and make sure everyone knows how important these jobs are.
They also want to help people from all backgrounds get these jobs.
Sommet runs schools in many countries and gives scholarships to help more people join the industry.

Nearly half of the core skills in the hospitality sector are expected to change by 2028, with significant shortages forecast in leadership and management roles.
